Located inside Noah’s Natural Foods at Bloor and Spadina, this deli café dishes up meals both vegan and organic, a rare find for those with food sensitivities. Offerings range from rice noodle salad, to pickled beets, to potato perogies (made with spelt flour). About 90% of ingredients are organic. Patrons fill up plates or take-out containers, and pay by weight. Twenty dishes every day — including homemade desserts, fresh organic vegetable juices, sandwiches, tofu burgers, spring rolls, pitas, fresh soup daily. Sugar, egg, and dairy free.
