Nature Clean® Announces the new Eco-Refill

Eco-friendly Fertility Awareness & Contraception
On Wednesday, March 25th at 7:30 p.m. the Grassroots store in Riverdale (372 Danforth Avenue at Chester Avenue) is sponsoring a workshop which outlines the environmental benefits and drawbacks of the different contraceptive methods, these include: hormonal birth control, barrier methods and fertility awareness. An overview of the Justesse Method of fertility awareness, an effective eco-friendly fertility method, will be presented. The workshop will be co-hosted by Amy & Kimberly Sedgwick, co-founders of Red Tent Sisters.
Amy is a registered occupational therapist and is training as a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner through Justesse Healthworks for Women. Kimberly has a B.A. in gender & Women's Studies from Dalhousie University and is committed to helping women make healthy choices for their bodies.
