Sitting recently with friends whom I’d not seen much over the winter, we discovered a mutual interest in how our internal thoughts and feelings were being reflected externally, and vice versa.
As we were catching up we found ourselves discussing how little moments of fear or anxiousness had been cropping up. The trigger for all of us has been the economic changes we are facing in the western world, and although we are all in favour of the changes, we found ourselves pondering what the best emotional and mental stance was to face the changes, and how best to get that accomplished.
For example, all of us understand the price of gas has to get astronomically high in order for the car companies to shift to hydrogen technology; however, wondering how rough it's going to get was bringing up some fear. How long before we shift from our present adolescent ‘growth at any cost’ model to an economy based on co-operation and sustainability? And will our lightly padded accounts see us through these changes?
As you can imagine there was lots of room for discussion. All of us had been exposed to various versions of what the future might look like; from the ‘head to the hills’ and build a bunker school of thought, to us turning into light and evanescing into the next dimension.
We agreed the changes are coming fast, and it is important to work with the energy around us in order to be catalysts of change rather than reactors or victims of it. The world could be a very different and wonderful place within just five years. We were also in agreement that however things might go, our best position was to be part of the solution, in terms of how we live. Our emotional concerns needed to be cleared so that we did not attract experiences that confirmed our negative beliefs; as within, so without.
Each of us had examples to put on the table; mine was how I would like expand my business and build larger facilities. My mind, and a possible source of caution and fear, tells me the smart thing to do when there is a recession is to get out of debt. However, I want to grow. My heart is telling me that when the dust settles, the world will still be here, just better!
So we are looking at building an earthship tea factory, and asking people through the local paper to send us the ‘garbage’ we need (tires and styrofoam) thereby making it a co-operative / community effort, and a sustainable building, while reducing our potential debt to the banking system.
The building, its design and location, presently exists in my mind so this proposal is a perfect opportunity to creatively visualize my heart’s desire. To do that requires holding the vision, drawing up design plans etc, and also clearing away any fears or considerations that might interfere with its manifestation. Two of my friends had been drawn to using Ho’oponopono to clear away fears that might interfere with manifestation (google Dr Stan Hew Len and his teacher Morrnah Simeona). This ancient Hawaiian form of stress relief allows you to connect to ‘Divinity’ on a moment to moment basis and ask that moment and all it contains to be cleansed.
Some of the underlying principles are that human, plant, and atomic life all have a subconscious (inner child), rational (feminine), and spiritual (masculine) aspect; since the beginning of time the memory of every experience is stored in the subconscious; we are responsible for our experiences because the world is a reflection of what is inside us - ‘as without, so within’; we can clear the emotions within us that are drawing these experiences to us by asking divinity (easily accessed within ourselves) to clear the moment.
For example, if a bank manager tells me she cannot loan me the money to build, I say: “I thank you, I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you” to myself during that moment, having all memories of ‘not having enough’ cleansed from my own cells.
Most likely a call will come within 48 hours from another agency offering a sustainable building grant and loan combination. These techniques are so effective they are being taught at the UN and the World Health Organization.
Now that is spring clearing on a grand scale!
