VIRGO: August 23 - September 22

What is love? At the moment it seems serious and potentially long lasting. On the 7th – 9th you push it away. It’s not what you want. But what do you want? On the 15th you answer this if you know the way you want to feel. If the way you want to feel is the way you feel when you’re with the one you think you love, that’s easy. If the way you want to feel, however, is the way you feel at work or when you are writing or gardening, then think again about the original question. What is love? Is it about the other? Is it even something you can want or is it just the way you are? From the 24th put this heavy questioning aside. Look for bargains and hold off on commitments for a few weeks.

LIBRA: September 22 - October 22

The tension between who you are and who your family thinks you are is intense on the 7th – 9th. Let it go. Nobody knows you better than you know yourself, even on the days when you feel you don’t know yourself at all. Libra tends to define itself by the other people in the room. You relate; you compare; you negotiate. Try relating to the Universe as if it is in the room (as it always is) on the 15th. Open unconditionally to your aspiration from the 17th – 21st. You never know what can come true. From the 28th keep a positive attitude and row, row, row your boat – life is but a dream.

SCORPIO: October 23 - November 21

Your words have power from the 1st – 6th but on the 7th – 9th they are also easily misunderstood. If you’re a poet, this is about interpretation and you can’t control that. If you are a mere mortal however, you may feel frustrated and angry that people don’t pay attention to what you mean. Perfect love wins the day from the 15th – 21st. The promise of a dream come true can be heard upon the wind. Promises are funny things. You can’t count on them. Concentrate on restoring vitality, faith and core strength from the 24th. There is nothing to be gained externally at this time.

SAGITTARIUS: November 22 - December 20

The back-to-school spirits want you to be diligent so you may be rewarded at least until the 8th. A friend may be put out by something you say between the 7th – 11th. Your intentions are good and so are your friend’s, but we all know about the road to hell. Turn your attention in other directions until the 17th – 21st when being friends is clearly more important than misunderstandings and hurt feelings. In fact, during this period you know exactly what to say and how to say it. From the 23rd you enter a three week period in which you need to sort through your hopes and dreams. Look behind and ahead, discard the outworn and the impractical. When you are done you just might have a new direction.

CAPRICORN: December 21 - January 19

Many are lost and utterly confused because they feel they don’t know the way. You, in your own way, in your own realm, know the way. Don’t be afraid to offer guidance and direction to those who ask from the 2nd – 14th. From the 7th – 10th someone may challenge your wisdom. Without being arrogant, you can stand your ground. From the 17th – 21st aim high to reach your goals. If you have 30 goals and only 15 are realized, be thankful. It’s still a lot. Plan your life so you can take a break from being everyone’s guiding light after the 24th. Time spent considering your options for the future will be a good thing for the next few weeks. On the 29th give your boss a compliment. S/he needs it.

AQUARIUS: January 20 - February 17

An underlying feeling of pressure to do more, be more, and create more is hard to ignore from the 2nd – 9th. Use this tension to learn something new. Learning will reduce pressure and give you confidence. This is clear from the 15th – 23rd. From the 24th go over your notes. This is an excellent time to synthesize and realize what you have learned over the last while. Give yourself a few weeks.

PISCES: February 18 - March 19

You, of all people, are aware that there is more to heaven and earth than we can dream of. You know that in the places we cannot see live strange and wonderful mysteries. Remember this on the 7th when a friend wants you to get real. What s/he thinks is real and what you think may be utterly different. What your friend doesn’t realize is that by keeping at you, s/he is creating the very situation s/he would like to change. From the 12th – 16th it’s all about relationship. Who do you love? Who do you want to spend time with? How do you see yourself in the reflection of your beloved’s eyes? Hold firmly to your true self on the 20th even when it seems that you are surrounded by people who believe more in the idea of who they are rather than the reality. On the 24th and for a few weeks to come look for the hidden wealth in all difficult interactions.

ARIES: March 20 - April 19

Work hard for success until the 8th. Your significant other is threatened or competitive with your single-minded focus. S/he fears you are a workaholic. Are you? If so, what are you avoiding? If not, how can you assure your partner there is nothing to worry about? Dreams are filled with practical information from 12th -  15th.  Love rules from the 17th – 22nd. Your partner is happy to know that you feel blessed to have her/him in your life. Keep this love alive from the 24th by being a good listener. Your partner doesn’t just communicate with words. GEMINI: May 21 - June 20

Romance is in the air. Everything about this world is a love song. You want to let go into the dream but for the first week of September the back-to-school fairies have you in thrall. Preparation makes all the difference even if you have far surpassed Grade 3. A certain amount of performance anxiety from 12th – 16th pays off on the 17th – 23rd when you are ready to show the world your best self. Be beautiful, articulate, and unique. CANCER: June 21 - July 21

House beautiful is the goal. If you live with a partner you may not see eye to eye on the subject of beauty from the 7th – 10th. No worries. The challenge you present to one another helps in the end by showing each of you what really matters and how beautiful that is. From the 11th – 22nd most differences melt away and you support one another as only intimates can. If you are single, take this time to create a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere in your home. If you are a collecting kind of Cancer, you might want to get rid of the less illustrious items in your stash from the 24th onward.

LEO: July 22 - August 22
