SENDING YOUR AD (SPECS)M
- Colour mode for all web ads is RGB (full colour) or Indexed Colour
- Supported file types (acceptable formats): JPEG or GIF
- Make sure ad is set up at correct dimensions, web ads are measured in pixels
- Please include website or email when sending file for linking
- Ads should be provided 2 weeks prior to publish date in case any problems should arise
- Ads Should be under 40kb in file size
- Please send your Ad with weblink to webads@vitalitymagazine.com
UNACCEPTABLE FORMATS
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept any Flash or Java formats, or animated gif's.
VITALITY DESIGN SERVICE
If you are unable to make your ad we offer a design service of $50 per hour. Depending on the size, the complexity of the design and info provided, your ad can take 30 mins to 3 hrs to design. Please provide full colour pictures, text and a weblink/email for your ad. Send all info to webads@vitalitymagazine.com
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DESIGNING WEB ADVERTISEMENT
- We recommend using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator for the designing of all web ads
- Include a call to action in your banner such as “click here” in order to improve your responses.
- Reduce file sizes as much as possible (The smaller the file size, the faster the ad will load)

Pricing is subject to change. We Reserve the right to reject any advertising that we deem unacceptable for any reason. We do not accept ads that pertain to pornography. Because of the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee future visitor numbers. We reserve the right to alter our advertising program at any time. In this event, we will work with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the changes.
